Scalix Extends Support to Outlook 2016 and Beyond

Scalix, the Linux email, group calendaring, and messaging company, has released Scalix 12.5 the alternative to Microsoft Exchange and IBM Notes with native 64-bit support for Outlook 2013.

The Scalix CTO has stated that the 12.5 release reaffirms their “client of choice strategy”, including their commitment to Outlook 2016 and beyond. The new release also supports the IBM zLinux and Power on Linux platforms, developed through its global partnership with IBM. Other supported platforms include Red Hat, SUSE, CentOS, Oracle, Debian and Ubuntu Linux.
